With Bryce Cotton's illustrious era at the Perth Wildcats drawing to a close, Kristian Doolittle has emerged as the franchise's new cornerstone. The 27-year-old forward has solidified his commitment to the team by signing a three-year contract extension, ensuring his presence in Perth until at least the end of the 2027–28 season.


Doolittle's impact in the NBL25 season was nothing short of remarkable. Averaging 15.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game, he showcased his versatility and leadership on the court . His postseason performance was particularly noteworthy, delivering a career-high 37 points and 10 rebounds in the decisive Game 3 of the semifinals against Melbourne United



Recognising his dual-threat capabilities, Wildcats GM Danny Mills remarked, "There's no doubt in my mind—he's leaning towards being a top-five player in this league on both ends of the floor".
